What I Did This Week
- $3.05 a gallon for gas. Hrm, that sounds higher than last week. #
- Really enjoying Isaacson's biography of Ben Franklin. I doubt anything has shaped my life more than Franklin's Autobiography. #
- Dropping Zoë off at the mall with her friends. #
- Editing chapter three at Northpark Starbucks. #
- Is it the height of egotism to be tremendously entertained by your own novel? #
- Getting dinner at Kostas cafe. Gyros FTW. #
- Off to LA. I also have a three hour trip to SF. That's right, not a layover, an actual trip to SF that will last 3 hours. #
- Boy, this Neutron Star song by Muse is so overwrought. It's like an awful Queen song. #

- Only second time in 19 years of travel I've been knocked out by sickness on the road. Sitting here in misery in LA. #
- "@baldingangrily discovered the cure for cancer, but he promptly forgot when he became entranced with the nape of some guy's neck." #
- My eyes and head hurt. Feels like a hangover. Food poisoning hangover? #
- At least I was upgraded to first class. #
- Whole family is Buffy crazy. What a great TV series. Deep themes and great writing/acting. #
- Getting dinner at Fat Daddy's. #
