- Loud thunder and pounding rain, a cup of tea… If I can't churn out some words for my novel in this environment, I'm a sad case. #
- Not exactly feeling it tonight, but I still knocked out 600+ words. Good for me! #

- NBA season finally starts! Woo! #
- Day trip to LA tomorrow. Out in the morning, back in the evening. #
- Leaving LA. Didn't I just get here? #
- Sitting in LAX while my writer's group has fun without me. Bastards. #
- Just landed in Dallas. #
- I forgot how much fun writing satire can be. #
- At the mall with the family. #
- So much of my novel is scene construction, and I have a great idea for my next scene. #
- Walking the dogs with Mia. #
- Ticked at NaNoWriMo. Rules say I can't continue an existing manuscript for NaNoWri Month. Guess I'll cheat– not delaying my novel a month. #
- On top of the leaderboard on @foursquare and I was in LA for a full day. #
- Sleep or NaNoWriMo? Sleep wins. #
- Just finished No Country For Old Men. What an amazing novel. Going to go get Blood Meridien from Borders. #
- At Half-Priced Books. Looking for Cormac MCcarthy. #
- Nothing against Mary McCarthy, but why are there more books by her on the shelves than Cormac McCarthy? #
