I'm also heading to having a completely on-line office. I travel a lot and it's really easy when you keep everthing on-line and can access it everywhere. My goal is to use as few tools as possible. I like it when I can use just one tool for many things. I like when my on-line tools integrate and I can use them together. For example, my project management tool <a href="http://www.wrike.com" rel="nofollow"> Wrike</a> integrates with my mail system Gmail. I also use Wrike for storing files and notes.
